HD Skysports Bad Quality picture

i have exactly this issue. 

lg oled and i have tried all tv and box settings. 

sky sports is washy and cloudy, its better than sd but its not hd and looks terrible. 

when watching football the ball actually spins and dirtorts when in the air. 

i have replaced the hdmi cable and reset tv to factory settings and it is no different. 

i have no pixelation at all. no signal issues, no power levels problems. 

could it be broadcasting in certain areas? im in Airdrie, Scotland. 

bt sport is totally fine. its just sky sports.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @DanMck, and I'm sorry to hear of the issues with the HD content on Sky Sports.

Have you checked our Service Status Checker virg.in/service or called our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 for information any outages we may be experiencing on the HD channels? 

Can you tell us when this issue started and if this has been ongoing since your post?

Do you possibly have any footage that may give us an example of the quality?

Hasda look and the picture quality is terrible.

SkyQ viewers receive these via an IP stream - and only get the poor picture if they have no internet connection.
