Sadly yes after re booting the TV box the issue returned. I had to call 150 today to report it as it wasn't the TV or canbles. I explained to the call center agent and he told me to re start again and whatever he did, well its solved my issue for now but I am sat in anticipation its going to return.

Could you perhaps explain exactly what the issue is?
It may also help to ID whether it's prevalent on, say, live TV? Recorded programmes? OnDemand programmes? Streaming services?
Also whether this is a long-term problem or has only recently started.

I see @Ragpacker - having spoke to the technical team already, let us see how that goes and if this happens again we'll investigate this further.
