Hello everyone.

ERROR CODE 603 V6 BOX

I have tried everyone's suggestions above and nothing has worked. I have called Virgin support numerous times.......

I also have a Samsung Frame as per the earlier email; perhaps that is part of the problem? However, my second V6 box is connected to a Panasonic and it gives the same 603 code.

Everyday for months I have to reboot the box to get on demand.

Do I give up and go back to Sky?

Found this thread as daughter has reported this has been happening "for ages"......new LG C1 TV / Denon Home Theatre in December......will be checking cable route first / set to 1080 output and see if that gives any clues.....

Hi Pieman,

Try upgrading to 360 as I mention in a previous post. I did and have not had the error code since.
