Do other people still get this problem with Samsung OneConnect and Virgin? Really fed up with it now and will be ditching Virgin as soon as my contract expires. Never had any issues with Sky!

Many thanks. That has done the trick but still feel it's not the most eco friendly of options.

The only other way would be to have a V365 Box, which I don't think has the problems.

That costs £25 to change which I imagine would be quite a few years of the extra electric used.

Perhaps we could bill Virgin for solving their problem at our own expense. 😉
