Re: 360 Box keeps disconnecting from the Hub/Internet

My V6 Box has started regularly losing WiFi connection.  When I try and recover it seems to have the password saved  but refuses to connect on password error.  So I have to to reselect the WiFi network and reenter the password!,

so, have we got a proper firmware solution for this problem please?

You'd added to a thread regarding TV360, but referred to having a V6 - the software is totally different so I've moved your post to the V6 board.

Can you post a picture of this password error please? Have you recently made any changes to your router that may have also caused this?

InCan’t replicate the password error as it is now working.  The only other change would be something on the Hub3 recently and I haven’t altered settings.

When the TiVo loses connection the diagnostic advice just quotes a load of port  numbers and a strange code with the word middle in it.

If it fails again I’ll try and get the diagnostic code and then the password error.
