Tv sticks after pausing live tv or rewinding a recording

Both of those functions are recording-based which use the hard drive on your V6, although could you explain what you mean by sticking?
If live TV is ok, but you're only having issues with recorded content, it points at hard drive problems which are not repairable and will - eventually - result in your V6 being replaced.
The faults reporting route is to either call in (150 from VM, 0345 4541111 from any other phone) or to wait on here for staff to pickup - allow a couple of days for that.

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your service. I've located your account and can see the tuner input levels are in the red and can see some errors. I will need to book a tech to get this checked.
