Programmes not recording ….

… when I check the programme list there are what looks like padlocks.   Programmes like bake off so nothing that should need a pin - I can watch it from catch up but with a pin   We haven’t changed any settings

As you mention Bake Off, this could be down to the change to Channel 4 HD, the channel has moved from its old channel number to now be at 104, replacing the standard definition version of Channel 4, however, this means that series links set up on the old HD channel have stopped working and need to be modified to use the new channel (or "All Channels")
