Does anyone know why the Amazon Prime app is just appearing as a white line at the top of the screen?
Unable to access Amazon Prime in Area 20, there's just a black screen, spent an hour on the phone to Virgin only to be told it's a known fault with a fix date of the 17th Sept !!!!!!
It seems to be hit and miss, one day its working after a reboot then it stops.
After not working for 3 days it seems to be working this morning, but for how long !!!!!
After reading other comments I'm expecting it to go off again.

Everything now seems okay with Amazon Prime but my phone line along with my neighbours is now not working.

Can you elaborate on what the problem is- are you unable to receive incoming and outgoing calls/ no dial tone etc?
Have you tested another phone handset?
