Been having pixelation issues for over a year, had countless visits from engineers, box has been replaced several times, and also cables in house, have been replaced. In the last visit the engineer found an fault in the road this has reduced the problem but still not fixed.
The main issue is that the problem is intermittent, when the engineers come the signals are all at 100%, when the issue occurs the diagnostic screen shows signal stench <50% for a selection of channels for a few hours then it returns to 100%.
It typically affects a small number of channels 101,102,103,104,139,148,149,173,177,178,179,183,187
Today it was 101, 102, and 552 which stopped working between 18:30-20:00
ready to switch to Sky as it’s really not on that we are paying so much for the TV service which half the time does not work. Lost a number of NHL games which I had recorded as the signal was pixelated on premier sports earlier this week.
what can be done to fix this issue as we must have had 6 or more visits by engineers, because the issue only occurs for a couple of hours at total random times it’s near impossible to have an engineer be present when it occurs, as when they come they can see no problems with the signal
