Have reset the box but pixellation still occurs. Also unable to connect my phone or tablet to Virgin wi fi. Awful customer service. Wish I'd stayed with Sky!
Taking your 2nd issue first.Presuming that your mobile and tablet are Android devices see https://help.virginmedia.com/system/templates/selfservice/vm/help/customer/locale/en-GB/portal/20030...Just remember to use the WIFI Password (not the settings password) and that the password is case sensitive.You can check to see if there is a fault on your connection by going to https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status and follow the on screen instructions.
