Ok, I accept that VM have a problem. What I can't accept is the note on the screen saying that I don't have an internet connection when everything else connected to the router is working. Why can't they change the notice saying the problem is at their end?

Given this will likely be resolved today, I doubt there will be any compensation.
The automatic compensation, available for broadband and landline, requires a full 24 hour outage before it kicks in.
