I ordered an upgrade/offer of MixIt TV to my package online. I had confirmation by email of the order and also an email to say it has been auctioned.
I have not received my order for the date given to me and there is no order in progress on my account.
I have spoke to customer services twice who said they don’t know why it’s not showing but they will set it up again but only at a more expensive price that what I ordered. In fact the offer has now reduced in my offers section of my online account.
