All working well when I left tv. Came back. TiVo box whirring. Stuck in orange light and welcome page
tried all the switch Off and on stuff. No change
help please. We’re paying a fortune for your ghastly service. This could be final straw

If your TiVo or V6 won't boot up, that's best reported to VM Faults.
150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Which suggestions are those? It's a bit hard to advise without knowing what you've tried - previous posts have suggested you call Virgin Media faults to report this.

Check the cables
reset by pushing on button and source
the internet is fine & the TiVo box downstairs works
the tv is ok as I use fire stick on it - just no TiVo box. It makes a sound as it it’s trying to boot up but it fails

The TiVo box stuck on orange. Tv screen stuck on welcome page. TiVo box making funny sounds as if trying to start up. No joy
followed every instruction on help from Virgin site and from community
the phone lines keep cutting out. Once I’ve even held for over one hour. Seems I might need new TiVo Box
can somebody from virgin help please
