Orange Light V6 Box

Hi,

Since this morning there has been an orange light on my V6 box and it is working on and off. It keeps switching off and restarting. The wifi is working well which makes me think that there is an issue with the box.

Can anyone advise?

This alone is evidence of a box fault which should be reported to VM. You have two methods.

Call in - 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone

Wait here - might be a couple of days - for a VM staffer to respond.

There seems to be a wider.problem wirh v6 boxes....
