I see. Are you able to try and connect the V6 to a wired connection to see if this does help at all?

Hi Ben,

Regrettably not.

I do suspect that it is possibly a wi-fi issue, but I have a laptop, tablet & phones connected by wi-fi, in the same room as the V6 and they do not suffer with connection issues. As a comparison, I placed the laptop adjacent to the V6, when the V6 was "failing", and the laptop was working without problem.

Further, it is only since the attenuator has been fitted to the router, that the V6 has started to present with this fault.

In fairness, I will say that following the last alterations, by your engineers, the frequency of faults has reduced.

Sorry to hear this. 

 

The WiFi environment can affect the quality of the speed/signal you're getting. Can you try a WiFi scan using our virg.in/connectapp?
