Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with catch up and on demand settings. Just to check, are you still experiencing the same issue until now? If so, please let us know so we can help further by looking into the account if needed, and identifying any issues there may be.
As you've mentioned, you can't access your V6 using the app either. Can you please tell what is this specific app that you are using?
We may need to check things further to identify the issue why your On Demand and Catch up option is not showing up. Is your internet working fine? Can you please tell if your V6 box is fully connected to your hub? Let us know.
My internet is working fine, there isn't an error the actual menu has gone. There used to be three menus appear, when you push right and I think one said create series link and the bottom said get this show and went to on demand, that's gone.
