Re: On Demand movies pixellate - does anyone else see this? know of a cure?

Does anyone else see this, its been occurring for about 3 months?

Anyone know how to fix it?

We have tried rebooting the V6 - no improvement.

Tried calling 150 - automated restart - no improvement.

Unfortunately I am usually at home experiencing this after the 20:00 cut-off for anyone being available to help.

Hello JokerZero,

Thanks for posting on the forums. I'm sorry you've been having trouble on the On Demand service.

Does this not happen throughout the day? Is it only in the evening you see trouble with it?

Let me know,

It's worse in the evening. However it also occurs during the day especially at weekends.

Hi JokerZero,

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear your experiencing pixelation on the On Demand movies.

I have located your account using your Forum details and I have been unable to run tests on the box as it is currently showing as offline. Can you please advise if the box was powered on at the time of my post?

Is all other On Demand and Catch up work OK?

Speak soon,

Louise
