Not received v6 and hub or any communication

I had a confirmation on 24th jan saying my v6 box and hub 3 would be ready to collect on 2nd Feb from my collect plus store and if it wouldn't be ready I would receive a txt or email telling me I have had nothing I tried live chat noone ever available yried to call on hold 20 mins no answer so I messaged a member of the support team on here that had replied to someone else having same issue only to be told can't do that unless invited to
So can anyone tell me where my box and hub is please

3 days and still no communication from virgin been a customer for years and never known such poor customer service will start looking for another provider

Responses from the team can take between 5 - 7 days depending on how busy we are. 

 

To track the equipment you'll need to speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can check on this for you.
