No on demand or catch up

Hi, I have had no on demand of catch up on new v6 box installed 4 days ago. Can someone from virgin please investigate for me and advise what I should do? Many thanks

It will take a member of VM staff around a week to get to this message, phoning CS is quicker.

what happens when you try to use on demand or catch up.

Does the guide work ok, and can you use the iPlayer app ?

Hi, thanks for replying. Restarted box which seemed to help. Can now see catch up and on demand. Iplayer app doesn’t work, although other catch up channels like all4 and sky on demand do. Any idea what that’s about, since you asked specifically about Iplayer?
