Sorry to say, but your post leaves more questions than answers!
You've mentioned a distorted picture - is this on live TV? OnDemand? Recorded programmes? Streaming services?
The same question for audio - but how is your V6 connected? Is it an HDMI to your TV? Or do you have any optical connections to A/V kit or suchlike?
If you can confirm the symptoms you're having, and when/how they're happening, we can certainly start to advise.
