Hi im hoping someone can help me, im due to move into my new build house in a couple of weeks, I have previously spoken to virgin but heard nothing further with regards to installation setup or even what package I want.
I called today and the lady on the phone said I needed to call a different number, I tried to explain I was at work and not at my desk so didn't have a pen to write down the number but I had no success on getting my message across,
Could someone advise me the number I need to contact or better still contact me on here as I really could do with getting this resolved and getting everything installed asap on moving in as my son is autistic and no tv or internet means unnecessary meltdowns which we would like to avoid if we can
