Or it could be the dreaded HDCP 2 issue raising its head again.

Forget about the 10m HDMI cable for the moment as you must have a shorter HDMI cable supplied either in the QuickStart package or by the technician if a manned installation. Connect the short cable from the V6 directly to the first TV and select the correct input source on the TV. As you have a 1080p TV, set the V6's video output settings to 1080i and 1080p.

Edit: I'm assuming that the V6 was activated and is connected to the hub.

2 way HDMI splitter with HDMI amplifier

Bought one of these and problem solved.

Seems the output from the V6 box is not as strong as from the previous V+ box
