Hi 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone is correct go down the Tv faults route, not sure with V6 power cable plus transformer, but with simple power lead virgin would post it to you.Regards Micky
From past experience Virgin do not ship out replacement power supplies, for some reason they have to be swapped out by an engineer, unless things have changed in the last year. The phone lines close at 10 pm (UK time) as per
