The quickest way to arrange this will be to call in.

150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and choose the "I have a fault" options

VM staff are currently taking a couple of days to respond to posts in this board.

Thank you so much for your post and I am so sorry to hear you have found some issues on your V6 box. 

 

Have you been able to speak to an agent via our phone lines as suggested by @japitts or do you still require assistance?
