Network Diagnostics Test

I have just run the Port Configuration Test on my V6 box which it has failed! It says that it requires the TCP ports 80, 8080, 7287, 7288, 8081 to be open on my router. Can anybody explain the reason for this? I have no problems setting this up on the router but just want to know the reason for this as the engineer that installed it did not configure the super hub 2ac?

Re: Network Diagnostics Test

There is no need to play around with the diagnostics, my advice would be to leave things as they are

Re: Network Diagnostics Test

I have the same numbers I have no tv it started as soon as the engineer left, this is a brand new install. The tv is unwatchable that's if I get a picture at all. It works perfect in the living room but that box is Ethernet to the router the two boxes upstairs don't work at all but Netflix and YouTube work fine. I have booked an engineer again for Monday but I was hoping to sort it myself if possible
