Netflix on channel 204 does not load and just hangs after pressing the red button. I have ran a service check and it says everything fine. Anyone else experiencing this issue or Virgin Media can you advise please?
Is there an error message? Has it ever worked and this is recent - or is this the first attempt? Assuming its a V6 (not a Tivo) how is it connected to your Hub and is that in "normal" mode or do you have it in modem mode with your own router ?
