I am constantly having to restart my TiVo box to connect to Netflix. Getting the error code tvq-st-145. This is so annoying given that I’m paying over £100 a month in total for Virgin and Netflix. Does anyone know else have this issue?

Thanks for confirming the issue is only with Netflix. To clarify, do you also have the same issue when watching Netflix via any other device using your WiFi?

We don’t use Netflix very often on other devices so haven’t noticed but do get the same issue on the other V6 box as we have multi room.

Thanks for confirming.
Are you able to please try forcing a connection to the Virgin Media service to see if that helps? To do this, you'll need to go to home > settings & help > settings > network > connect to the Virgin Media Service now.
Once you've done that, please try signing back into Netflix and let us know how it goes.
