I believe all of these "solutions" are in fact "work-arounds". I don't want to have to keep signing in and out of Netflix, nor turning the box off and on. A solution is when the underlying problem is resolved - which it clearly isn't, and the responsibility for solving it sits with the service provider to whom we are all paying money for their service - Virgin. Rather like the continually illuminated blue wifi light on the router....still waiting for that to be solved too.
Has this problem not been fixed yet? Over the past week we have been getting Netflix pop up over our channels we are watching numerous times. We don't use Netflix or ever have, nor do have an account to sign out of. Rebooting whilst halfway through a recorded film does not make for good viewing.
