1. Yes always and only the v6 box.
2. Quiet often and it's a pain
3. Yeah and when I do try and open Netflix I get an error msg sometimes saying it's loading up or something.

We are having the same issue with tv interrupted by Netflix display...although the tv sound remains . We have rebooted and turned the whole box off waited then put it on ....a temporary solution but problem recurs. Any more permanent suggestions would be very welcome . Thanks

Mine is also a v6 box and this is now happening more frequently.The only way i can get tid of netflix ads while trying to watch and hearing normal tv channels id to reset the box which is very frustrating especially if you are watching a show.

This works for an immediate fix but the problem keeps reaccuring which is annoying and not the kind of service we expect, is there a fix for this or an update to stop this from happening?

I have found that by signing out of nexflix completely. Have worked for me and you just have to sign back in again if you want to use it.

Oh Dear!!!

Looks like yet another piece of equipment released before full reliable 'bench-testing'  ... (the same as the HuB3) ...

 

Can't wait for my email offering my free upgrade to V6 ... They can take my Tivo away at the same time as they don't install their V6 ... already getting a Freeview Aerial installed!!!

Take note.
Had my new v6 box about 5 weeks. It is fantastic in every way. Very very fast and lots of extra features etc. All searches and I player etc almost instant when used.
6 channel recording great at ime when the programmes are set early and over run 2 mins etc, never a problem again with message programme will be clipped.
Only prob I have has is the Netflix interruption which I hope is now gone now I am signed off.
Upgrade only cost me one off fee around £20.
Dont wait go for it.

Evening

Sorry this is happening.  You can clear this issue by completing the following:

Start at the TiVo home screen by selecting Home.

  1. Choose Help & Settings.
  2. Select System Info.
  3. Select Netflix Account Information.
  4. Select Sign Out of Netflix Account.

If this does not work then press and hold down the white light on the V6 for 5seconds then the box will restart and Netflix will not continue to pop up.
