NO SIGNAL on TV screen from yesterday

We joined Virgin media last February.

There was no problem to watching TV.

However, NO SIGNAL on TV screen was shown yesterday.

I tried to put off the box and turn it on again, but no resolution.

I checked problem area and there was no problem.

I changed batteries in remote control.

However, NO SIGNAL continuously.

What shall I do?

Hi phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the Tv faults route they can arrange for an engineer to come to you and replace the box. Regards Micky

I've located your account using your forum details and can see that you have called in since posting, so I hope everything has been resolved for you now. I've ran some diagnostics on your box to make sure and all of the signal levels are looking good at the moment.
