Ok had this message all day, tried 're booting no change. Tried changing the network on box still showing no connection, although there is a good signal, and since trying to change wifi network although connected and good signal showing the white arrow symbols on box. Help. Is this all part of the national outage? Any advice?

VM only provide automatic compensation if broadband or phone are off for over 2 days.

There was a massive power outage at VM this morning, they are only just getting TV channels back up & running.
Repairing and reinitialising the Network may take a little longer, once it comes back up any connections will be made automatically.
