The live tv channels have all gone off…. Can still view recorded stuff, any ideas ?

TV just stopped working have tried to reset and it has come up with error S102 and stopped at 33%
not a new box not new to virgin

There is a national outage of the TV service at the moment, so your box will have no channels to lock onto, hence the error.
Staff are aware of the problem.

No TV here in West London. Website is also down and the 150 phone line is not being answered.

Hello is anyone in?
I've a problem with my TV/TiVo thing. No TV channels. Error code s102. No-one answering the telephone, either engaged of they cut you off.
Will anyone at VM take responsibility and do something?
