so I just was trying to watch Sunday’s latest Episode of magnum that I have on series link and there is no voice audio. There is background music but that’s all. I can’t use on demand at the moment as there seems to be an issue in the local area. Any ideas as to why there is no vocals? Ta.

Are you trying to watch a recording? If there's a sound problem with that, it would suggest there was a sound problem at the time of broadcast. Can you watch Sky Max (whether SD or HD as appropriate) with sound now?
If you use "search & explore" on your V6, then "view upcoming showings", you'll find a few options to record this programme on a repeat showing.
