Invalid Network Settings (C233) error message on TV from V6

Now this error! Does virgin ever work properly? Have had two engineers a change of box and still getting picture and sound problems, have to reset box on average 3 times a day but virgin says everything is working fine and no known faults. So bad picture quality, bad sound quality, no catch up, no on demand and often get failed recordings ...What am I paying for exactly? !

I'm getting this error too. Internet working fine but box has to restart every time we switch it on ...

Check internet settings error c233. Hmmmmmm

We have just had new boxes fitted and most channels and now saying 'To Be Announced' error code C233...

Thanks for contacting Community Andy.  Sorry to learn about your issue. How's your TV box since posting? Are you still getting the same error message?

 

 

Can you please try this:

 

Select Home button from your TV remote and then go to Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service now .

Hi

The box had to replaced - it wasn't receiving signals from the hdmi or the broadband cable.

So far this one seems to be OK although it doesn't always record  series link programmes
