Noticed slight but noticeable stutter, video freezes and audio cuts out for very short interval (maybe 10s of milliseconds) but every 30 seconds or so for 2-3 mins with a 5 to 20 minute period of stability.
Noticed on ITV yesterday in the evening and this morning between 11am and midday, have tried switching v6 box on/ off using online advice. Also performed a reset from home menu, issue still persists.
Verified that this problem was not seen when watching equivalent freeview HD channels on same TV. TV is a Samsung 7000 series UHD TV Using 2160p setting on V6.

Please can you try and change the V6 settings by pressing HOME on the rermote, then the following
Help & Settings > Settings> Audio> Dolby Digital> Dolby Digital to PCM

Hi Dave,
Yes, I forgot to mention I had also changed the audio setting to Dolby Digital to PCM, still have the same problem.

You've probably tried this but is there any difference using a different HDMI cable/port?
Also some people with Samsung smart TV's have additional sound settings such as "HDMI Audio Format" which was set to "Bitstream". When they changed that to "PCM" the problem was resolved.

Hi,
TV Audio settings were set to Bitstream, have changed to PCM. Will have to wait to see if that has helped as I have not noticed the problem over the last 20 mins.
Not keen on changing HDMI lead or other components as optimal components were chosen a couple of years ago, the problem has only started over the last couple of days and only affects some channels intermittently.

Problem has just worsened, BBC HD right now continuous video is stuttering, audio is ok. I am in the CR7 area, anyone else notice this?

Problem only seen on BBC2 HD, other channels unaffected, BBC2 HD on freeview is fine!
