II thought the purpose of the Virgin Community Forum was for discussion of Virgin related issues and for Virgin to comment where appropriate. So why have Virgin been silent on the BT Sport 4K sound issue? How do we know the right people are looking for a solution? Is anyone at Virgin looking at it? How can this issue be escalated?
Mine's the same had an engineer out on Tuesday to sort out the problem which was just swapping the box for a new one, finally got round to recording something on the channel today and surprise surprise the issue is still the same.

Are Virgin aware?is anything going to be done?..very annoying..have to watch btsports uhd live now if I dont want sound issues!"!
I have this issue too! I have reported it to a friend who works for virgin, he is going to escalate it. I have also pointed him towards this forum so he can see what the exact issue is and that alot of others are having the same problems.
