I have the same issues on both my V6 boxes.

Everything on the Prime app play fine except Full Match Replays (they work on samsung app my iphone firestick etc)

I tweeted both Amazon and Virgin about this and they both just blamed each other. FINALLY someone from Virgin said that in their office  match replays work ok.

SO WHATS GOING ON VIRGIN????? Can SOMEONE form the staff please answer any of our queries about this.

Speed test is also fine on both my V6 boxes.

I'm glad it's not just me! I also find with the live games on the V6 Box you can't pause or scrub backwards or forwards like you can on the iPad or the Android box. Let's hope they sort it out before the US Open starts!

its mostly community based and staff will answer but it can take a few days

I have reset my box and also signed out and back in to the V6 Prime App! No joy!

Finally got through to VM tech department this morning! Have been told they looked at forums here and realise it’s an issue and have escalated the problem! 

We’ll see I guess! 

Would still be nice to get some feedback from the staff on here!!!!!
