How do I get an additional V6 box?

Hi, been all over the app and website and after many errors I've still not found out how I can simply get an additional V6 box in another room of the house. Any idea?

Hi @Kasallion 

You can call VM, 150 from your VM landline or mobile and select option 4 (regrades) but best time to call is around 8am when lines first open and are least busy.

If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could also text VM on 0753 305 1809 or use WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112. Please be aware that replies aren't instant from either of these services, often taking 4 to 6 hours, but for the past few days the forum staff have advised that these methods may take up to 24 hours.
