In summary we have had wait in for Virgin engineers on four occasions recently, for several hours at a time. We are on our third V6 box, hopefully this one seems to be working properly. We have had to change a lot of arrangements so one of us could be at home on each occasion, as well as spending a lot of time on the phone to the call centre.
In addition our whole household wfi system has ‘gone down’ three mornings in a row this week. We can of course give precise times and/ or dates for all this inconvenience.
I would appreciate knowing who I can speak to for some recompense acknowledging all this inconvenience. Phoning ‘customer service’ will be demoralising waste of time.
Hi I know it's frustrating but if you phone and select the thinking of leaving us route you will get through to a person in the UK who know what they are taking about and hopefully will solve the issue.Regards Micky
