Hi 

I have no TV working and no internet. Got a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light. T6 box is not showing any channels. 

 

No issues in area apparently.

What's the error code on your TV channels?

I'd recommend calling to report your fault - 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM phone.

Otherwise VM staff should pick this post up in a couple of days.
