Help

Can anyone help please, I have posted in other topic but no reply. Its just my bill says due today I did phone and was told 11th so unsure now, but I can't pay till Monday will I be cut of.

Thanks for getting in touch with us about the bill due date.

As a general rule we do provide customers with a buffer of about 7 days after the bill due date in order to give this money time to process so you may have been okay to pay today. To check into this can you please contact our teams and they would be happy to check.

You can contact them via 150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat for any billing or package related queries where they can clear security with you.

Webchat can be contacted via the site online and you can speak to them if you prefer this option by choosing the Chat Online option:

E.G-Account and Billing > Manage Your Account Online
