Hello, I have a V6 box in my bedroom that has just displayed the message in the green. I allowed it to do the 3 hours update but when turning it on this morning it was stuck on the welcome screen and then repeated the message.

If this is the green "DVR has detected an error" message it means your hard drive has failed and your box will need replacing.
Either call in on the usual number (150 from VM, 0345 4541111 otherwise) to report it, or wait here a couple of days and the staff should pick up.

Yeah it is that message, very annoying but will try and get hold of them.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you've been having some problems with your TV box.
japitts is absolutely right - we will need to arrange a replacement TV box for you, as this error indicates an issue with the hard drive.
