Hello i am a vorgin media customer i have a tivo box in my bedroom but cant get on my apps why is this th

I have a tivo box installed today and can't get netflix up or anything on my apps it's a 2nd box 8n my bedroom

Your best bet is to telephone and use the menus to select the issue.

150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile

or

03454541111 from any phone

Lines are open

Mon to Fri 8am-9pm, Sat 8am-8pm, Sun 8am-6pm

How is the V6 box connected to your Superhub?

Is it by WiFi or via Ethernet/Powerline connectors?
