GB News channel

I'm trying to find out if the GB News channel is available on Virgin - there are conflicting reports.

Thanks Ben, it's just that I am thinking of signing up for Virgin but one of their operatives just told me they are only providing channels 601 -625.

GB NEWS CHANNEL

This news channel is presently virgin 626 but on 11/08/2022 the channel is being moved to channel virgin 604 for some reason (notice comes on screen)

(GB news is also available on Freeview channel 236.)

Talk TV is a recent new news channel on virgin 627

The Virgin TV channel range is 101 to 999 (on my V6 TV box) but available channels depend on the package, but the news channels are all available except the CNN news channel which was removed but still have these other news channels-

601 bbc news

602 sky news hd (needs subscription)

603 sky news

605 bbc parliament

614 nbc news now

626 Gb news (may become 604)

627 talk tv

620 Euronews

621 ndtv 24/7

622 aljazeera

GB NEWS- update- 

The GB news  remains on  channel 626, so perhaps the planned move move to channel 604  on 11/8/22 was cancelled or delayed for some reason.

The notice regarding the proposed channel change was removed  few days ago, and  I thought that was  unusual at the time.

The move to channel to 604 is now expected to go ahead just after midnight on 24th August.
