I'm also having the sound issue, whether I'm watching live or recorded TV. Not having pixelation issues though. Have had sound issue for at least a month and i just thought it was a connection issue, but seeing others are having it and are getting their boxes changed, maybe i should get mine booked in too
Hi,glad I am not the only one. Virgin media just told me it's not an issue with them. But it appears that I am not the only one so it probably is yet another issue with virgin media. Maybe they will take note of this and take responsibility???
Please virgin media,can you escalate this as an urgent issue,it's very frustrating watching the TV and getting constant gaps in sound through my surround sound system. It was working fine till recently
I have dolby digital set on my V6. I have the V6 connected to my Samsung smart TV via HDMI, with the sound sent from the TV to my Sony 5.1 amp via optical cable. I have tried disconnecting the amp and just having the sound output to the TVs built-in speakers, but i still get the sound cutting out. I have no problems with the sound from anything else
