External brown box broken

our external brown box has broken the cover is completely missing. We aren’t virgin customers currently , how can I purchase a replacement ?

Hi as you are not a virgin customer I doubt they will supply a cover the only thing I can suggest is you source a lid that do the trick. Regards Micky
