I want to move my TV to the other end of my living room, but the Virgin TV cable isn't long enough. Where can I get an extension for this?
Thanks

If you mean the white coax cable, no you can’t buy off the shelf extensions.
Virgin use specialised cable of a higher grade than is required for TV & Satellite connections. Also changing the length of cable affects the signal levels at your property, & hence performance of your services.
Give Virgin a call on the normal faults number & a technician will be booked to extend the cable & check levels. The standard cost for this is £25 as it is not fault related, so is not covered by your normal equipment rental.

Thanks for this. I did ask the engineer to make the cable long enough so I could move things around in the room. I'll call them tho and see if they will waive the fee.
