Error code 7400

We have just had a replacement second box but now our main box is showing an error code 7400.....any ideas how to fix it?

Error 7400 relates to an activation error, and means the box has been deactivated.

If you call 0800 9539500 with your box & account details to hand, the automated service may be able to resolve this for you. If not, then you'll need to speak to a C/S agent (perhaps on 150/0345 4541111) in the morning.
