I have error code 7400.
I also have a port configuration test fail.
I have reset the router and reset the TV box and followed the online instructions.

The error message you are seeing is usally because it's a new account and needs activating, or an old box that hasn't been used for a while and needs reactivating.
I hope this helps. You should try 0800 953 9500 to activate the box. You will need your account number, area number and the box serial number.
If that doesn't work then you need to speak to New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.
That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4 if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone
