Hi there - have been with VM over 8 years. Recently found out I was being charged for two boxes even though only used 1 (the other one was never connected as we didn't want a wire through house). I spoke to Virgin customer support last month and they were great. Sorted it all out and started me on a reduced monthly fee for just the one V6 box. The new contract started today V6 but my box has today started giving me the 7400 error. So I am assuming the box was disconnected by mistake. Can anyone help? I can't get through to anyone on the phone and I think this is probably quite an easy fix. Thanks for any help.
